Personalised but running on a cloud server, controlled by any third party is a step too close. Who's to say they won't retain the biometrics long after you requested they remove the data? The standard HN trope is if it's out there it's never deleted. Trusting any corporate with data, given the last ten years, is never wise. Even Apple, busy marketing the privacy high ground. No doubt someone would make a GDPR case against it though... |
