Surprised nobody has mentioned AWS's official (but no longer updated) GUI client: ElasticWolf[0]. It is very much not-maintained but it does have some benefits. My understanding is that AWS hasn't officially closed it because of US-Gov accessibility guidelines. Are there any other similar clients?
