I would say that's the maddening part of it-- the CLI tool and various language sdks and docs (and obviously the underlying technology) are incredible feats of engineering, and then someone said oh it's just some dumb html and css who cares about the web console. I see this in some engineers I work with- there is a prideful ignorance in anything UI or design related.
