I second this. It's an interesting and good read but it is more a sell on the philosophy of remote work and its benefits than a practical guide that goes into specifics. No remote work literature review would be complete without it, but it might potentially be less interesting for a reader who has already been working remotely for 4 years, other than to mostly validate what they probably already know. |
