Thanks for chipping in. While I don't deny that could be happening in India as well, most of the reports of mistreatment of restaurants by aggregators(in India) have been anecdotal.

Wouldn't any report of anything be "anecdotal"? Journalists report stories; they typically don't conduct double-blind studies.
