I route emails to Slack using Zapier, which gives us rule based routing, text extraction, and follow on operations. Most of my time now is spent integrating at lowest cost possible, and minimizing new SAAS adoption. When you tally the total cost of SAAS, it gets very expensive. I've decided to take the dragon now. |
