I am still waiting on Apple to fix my broken Macbook 2018 keyboard for six month, even though I got apple care.
They told me they would call me so I can bring the macbook in. This is the worst customer experience I've had in years.
In addition to that, they told me that they won't fix the issue. Instead they'll just clean it. |
