So if China, by those methods, cured cancer, you'd go "fruit of the poisonous tree" on that knowledge? I believe it's one thing to condone unethical experiments, and quite another to reject its findings alltogether.

Btw, China does so not only with Uighurs, but also with Han-Chinese, regular prisoners, political prisoners etc. The Chinese aren't ethical, but it's not a religion/race thing.
