Re Q1: It's not a requirement of the model and the majority of our Residents are not planning on staying in the same property for more than 3 years. We can support buying out the property they live in if they wanted though. Re Q2: We include a fixed monthly rate for two years and a rental cap for future renewals in the lease agreement. |
