That's a surprise! It sounds like the first in its line. As Wikipedia says:

(In case future readers are confused, the original HN title had odd nested double-quotes, and the innermost quoted part was something like "how I tricked my employer into using Racket". Which seemed like terrible PR, giving the impression that this is something for irresponsible fringe fanatics.)
