This. I expected the 'Remote Hires' section would discuss why they needed a local dev, and why a virtual/home-based hire would not work. This section should have been named 'Outsourcing' - since that is what they actually discuss in that paragraph. Indeed, hiring a fulltime offsite employee is very different from outsourcing to a 3rd party. |
