Just thought I'd add that I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue by a medical doctor. I was pretty annoyed, after researching it, because it seemed entirely pseudo-scientific. In reality I had stress-induced depression with a high degree of physical fatigue as one of the symptoms. When I stopped being depressed, my fatigue went away. Adrenal fatigue is nonsense. |
