The last time I had a supervisor that wielded actual responsibility and accountability was 1992. aka A Good Boss. Every one else just failed upwards or was cannon fodder for those who could (fail upwards). As a Junior Power Ranger, I had three terrific jobs. Work hard, do well, get rewarded. Good experiences that completely screwed me for the shark infested waters of corporate america. I wish I had read The Prince earlier. |
