I work with Callrail.com alot, been using them for about 8 months now, built several apps with the API and it seems to be fine. The issue i'm having with Callrail is custom fields.
I want to be able to create a new custom field in Callrail, like Salesforce, then pass data to this custom field from the API, also get data from this custom field from Callrail using the API. Is anyone else having issue like this? or any experience like this?
It may be with a different Phone number/text message marketing provider, not necessarily Callrail. I just want to know if this issue has been solved. Also, will it make sense to have marketing automation with phone number? The same way we have with email addresses, thinking of a platform that provides something like this. |
