I'm just focusing on the draft dodger treatment here, the rest of Trump character can be criticized very well without relying on the draft dodging card.

And again, I'm not blaming the women for following the law of the land, I'm merely highlighting the disputable fairness of the law of the land of the time and how it might be used as a way to justify dodging, especially given the context of the war.
