They are both very valuable and are extremely complementary but they are not the same thing. As you enter the workforce, understanding this distinction will serve you well.
Seconded. And, if you're intending to head for industry (and something like 95% of CS grads wind up there[1]), you need software engineering more than you need CS. Try to get as much of it as you can.
