Not sure how in depth you need code support, but I'm going to peddle my new blogging host, https://personaljournal.ca/ It's based off of WriteFreely, the same blog platform that people.kernel.org just switched to. It's totally free to use, and I'll never put ads on it. It supports markdown and html posts, so code syntax highlighting and all that fun stuff is well supported.
