[1] ... somehow I think that the button to create a Delaware C-corp should come with agree-to check-boxes something like this: ∙ I have read Paul Graham's essay on playing house [2] and I'm not just creating a company because that's something startups do. ∙ I understand that there are more lightweight incorporated entities that offer limited-liability and other benefits that might better suit my use-case and that are easier to wind down than a Delaware C-corp.
