The total is actually quite a bit more if you're in the UK, $106.80. Feels strange for 20% VAT (UK sales tax) to be added to a dollar denominated payment, but, hey ho. At this point it definitely feels overpriced by a very wide margin indeed.

More to the point, however: for something that claims to be a template for 'easy to navigate website or web app', it should at least demonstrate some navigation beyond scrolling. At the current price point, I would also expect to see more iconography, more custom design elements/components and responsive design (eg., how does navigation work on mobile?) The template is just too generic as it's currently presented, and that's why it feels so overpriced.

To the OP: have a look at some more templates; the features they offer, and how they're marketed. Then have another go. Best of luck.
