For health concerns about 5G to be just "Russian disinformation" then Putin would have had to secretly corrupt respected scientific journals like Nature, The Lancet, Electromagnetic Biology and Medicine etc. for decades.

Why? Because Putin would at least need to fake the collective 2000+ publications on biological hazards from RF from the 240+ international scientists & medical doctors who have launched appeals against 5G. See: http://www.5gappeal.eu and https://www.5gspaceappeal.org
