The real problem with talking about slippery slopes in tech is that we're already on an unrecoverable slide into the unknown. So the question is just "does this new thing make the slide even faster?" Not, "we're on stable ground and we need to be careful about beginning a slide." There's no going back and we have no idea where we're headed. |
