Seriously, I've been doing remote for the past three years and I despise it. Maybe I'm just a weird for working together as a team instead of lone wolfing everything but it gets incredibly lonely. Being unable to easily bounce ideas or ask Joe why something works a particular way is incredibly frustrating. |
