Yes Salesforce is expensive - but you are outsourcing the responsibility of dealing with sensitive data to Salesforce. This is precisely the reason why my organization, a large Canadian FI on the commercial banking side, decided NOT to go with Salesforce. They couldn’t rationalize giving up the data and went instead with a MS Dynamics implantation. This was 10 years ago. |
