They're getting: a) the founding team, b) a "vanity" acquisition which looks good to shareholders and c) the beginnings of a new social graph - imagine pairing their great content stable with a stack of new social hooks. Makes sense now that it's been acquired. It was always a FNAC (feature, not a company). |
