Ask HN: What are you doing to 'chill off' during work?

Hey HN fellows, what are you doing when your head became hot from working, so you can stay productive?

This is my routine in order to not get burned: - Daily meditation (relaxation) - Play games up to 30 min per day (fun) - Take 15-30 minutes walk during the work - Big tasks diversification

Other things: - Exercise daily (at least a stretch) - Turn off mobile notifications from 7pm to 7am - Get offline during the weekends and spend time in nature - Eat healthy so I can digest better and not spend too much energy on digesting - Sleep between 11pm and 6am

I would love to hear something unusual, but effective too :)
