Not if the hashes are also hidden as pixel structure in the image. Something already done for preventing screenshot leaks (World of Warcraft iirc) or to trace movie leaks.
Does the information hidden inside a screenshot from WoW is resilient enough to survive a capture from a cell phone camera with JPEG compression and everything in between?
