The idea is that employees would get mandatory mental health care with licensed professionals, and not the 1 counselor that didn't know how to help. Yeah, I would support transfers to non-moderation tasks if the moderator was psychologically unfit to perform the job, rather than keeping them on and putting more pressure on. |
