Elite Chinese talent is more likely to return to China, and therefore it becomes counter-productive. Plus, the US is in direct competition with China, which isn't the case with most other countries. So, to simply say "more is more" in this circumstance is false. It's hardly a tragedy that rich kids in China can't attend Ivy League schools in the US. |
