The customer being able to decline chargeback per transaction is nonsense, because the primary use case is fraud; you don't want the fake "customer" being able to decline the real cardholder's ability to chargeback. (There are chargebackless payments such as bank transfer; the £5k wood example above would be a good case for that.) |
