I listen to Steli Efti and Hiten Shah's podcast, great stuff. How do you like working at Close?

I've been at Close for the last 6.5 years and it's been the most fulfilling job I've ever had.

1. The engineering/product problems are challenging and fun. 2. The leadership (and the entire team really) is very supportive, focused on sustainable growth, and provides a lot of opportunities & ownership for each individual. 3. We've developed a remote culture that just works™️.

I was there from the early days, but could not recommend working with this team enough.

Steli believes in continuous self improvement and I feel fortunate enough to consider him as a very close (pun intended) friend.

The team has seen at least one member leave to start a startup and then return years later. This is unheard of at this small of a startup.

Also years ago I convinced the poster (philfreo) to join. :)

I've been with Close for over 7 years (since before we launched Close). It's a very special team.
