If you're talking about software development, it's not hard to learn. You can teach someone unskilled to be a developer in around 6-12 months. Within a year or two they will be working unsupervised to a professional level. You don't need university for it. You don't need a degree. Anyone can learn it. It's not magic, it just takes time. |
