I'm not sure; I mean we pretty much had our own homegrown CRM which worked pretty good and we had a ton of internal knowledge about it. Management was promised magic.. big effort to move everything to Salesforce, and now the entire thing is a shit show. It was supposed to also provide creating what we needed faster, except deadlines are 1.5 years past the time it took to build our in house solutions to begin with! I don't know what other ppl should do, but I really wish we kept all this internal. |
