Not sure if this counts, but I have a couple Vanguard funds, the monthly interest and dividends is about $1000/month on average. I also don't own a car, but do own a parking spot in downtown Minneapolis that I lease out for $150-$175/month (it came with my condo). Seems like it's about the closest to true passive income as you can get as I don't do or even really think about either. |
