What's the back end? As in where does the music come from? Where are the files located? Who's paying royalties? Who's paying for bandwidth? What are the rights on the songs? How does new music come into it?

It's a kid who added features to a cloned GPLv3 android app notably some LastFM integrations and probably some way to game streams without royalty that won't last. Either way google app store will kill it soon. Next time keep this in your local language (he appears from Turkey) and start small hoping to fly under the C&D takedown notification radar.
