I was there around the same time as you — a couple of weeks before the new sarcophagus was rolled into place, and just after the last inhabitant of Chernobyl died and her house burned down. Everyone recommends going, but to be honest I'd give it a miss. There are plenty of nice things to see and do in Ukraine. |
