This is a situation where we can rank preferences: 1. Worst case scenario - no sugary drinks are labeled
2. Partial progress - Some sugary drinks are labeled (Soda)
3. Full progress - All sugary drinks are labeled. I wouldn't try to slow the momentum by fighting 2 if 3 is the ultimate goal. |
