The Data Portability article is about receiving that uploaded data in a standard, machine-readable format, and Article 14 on data not obtained from the data subject just says what extra information must be provided about it. Article 15 - "Right of access by the data subject" - is what defines one's right to a copy of personal data, and has no restriction on the personal data one is entitled to access. |
