I hit the bar of what's expected of me, and that can typically be done with constant interaction with my wife & cats. Work performance is like 5th at best on my priority list so it works out. Just because I could give my employer more output doesn't mean I should. Especially if I'm already doing plenty to not draw any criticism. |
