People alleged Feynman was sexist, and they even protested, so I'm sure there are some people who don't like him.
There are certainly at least some people who still have issues with Einstein because of his support for socialism.

I think in general Da Vinci is viewed so well today because distance in time tends to reduce everyone famous to a stereotype of themselves.

Most people know the stereotype of Da Vinci, and won't be able to tell you much about him beyond that. Einstein is rapidly heading that way too - I'd expect the proportion of people that knew of Einsteins support of socialism today is relatively low, and that even fewer are aware of his very strong opposition to Menachem Begin, for example.
