You could also make a LinkedIn app that lets people hire based on applicants' musical taste. Maybe you will say that's crass, unprofessional, or inaccurate -- but I think musical taste is a better metric than many we use today in hiring. And it could just be treated as a "fun sort" instead of randomizing whom you talk to first. |
