Being forced to be lactose free... I can tolerate pea protein with powdered fiber, 2/3 lactose free milk and 1/3 water. But it took me a few weeks to 'enjoy it'. YMMV. I mean the alternative, rice protein is absolutely :vomit_face: On the positive side pea protein will keep you 'regular' ;) |
