I don't know where you live, but if you think you don't have bums, you're probably not looking in the right places or only driving from your gated compound to your office and back in an armored limo.

Finland & outside the capital. Ok, we have some, but I wouldn't count on those on getting me anything else but very cheap alcohol.

But surely you must have access to transportation to take you to a bigger urban area, where you can find well-connected bums ;)

Another thing I forgot to mention, strangely enough, is the internet. There must be forums that discuss drug use in Finnish. They may not post phone numbers but it can't be that hard to find a guide to your local underground market.
