I don't care about my own votes but I do care about how voting power affects decision making. It affects it in good ways (it requires accountability from leadership) and bad (short term thinking to placate investors just looking for returns). I'm hopeful this is a happy balance, cause I find the shares without voting rights to be almost scams. |
