the way it works is described in this HN post https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=11662380 I've had about a dozen of them, I think probably because I'm in a time zone that gets buried more than others? on edit: maybe it's not exactly the same thing because I don't have to resubmit when I get these, they are just put in the second chance pool. |
