It was great for solving integrals in high school calculus many years ago, not only providing the answers, but also showing the steps it took to get to them. Even in the 90s, it did pretty impressive symbolic math and plotting. This was, of course, before Wolfram discovered the web and started broadcasting his monster raving egomania. I imagine it's still a pretty useful tool. |
