Hi, psychology student here. It's not very good in a psychometric sense, but its validity problems aren't really a concern when it comes to idiographic data ie: "helpful tools for getting to know the people with whom she was creating a new company". It's not the devil we memed it into, there are better tools for categorizing and rejecting candidates based on objective-ish traits but this wasn't the purpose according to thr article. |
