I've been a real estate broker specializing in this property type for 5 years. I've noticed the trend of large private equity companies like Blackrock buying mom and pop parks and raising rents or redeveloping the property leaving the tenants out in the cold. The cost to move a mobile home is on average $5k - $20k forcing many tenants to abandon their homes. I have a small startup called movemymobile.com that addresses this issue.
