My account was deleted without any intervention from myself. I assumed it was because I had not used the account for some time and the balance was < 1 euro? Like others have mentioned, I found their customer service to be worse than useless but kept the account as a stand-by. Obviously, since I no longer have an account, the options for submitting a GDPR deletion are somewhat limited. |
