My honest answer to that is; get it in writing, because WHEN the shit hits the fan, you've got evidence in your favour. Managers always want compromises for cost or speed, is up to us to make them understand which compromises they really don't want to make. If they want to make it anyway, get proof that it was done on their orders. |
