nope. the design of the plane was already flawed from the start due to the placement of the engine, and that's why they needed MCAS to fix it. if MCAS is taken away, the plane goes back to being flawed. but since MCAS itself is a flawed solution, it's a lose-lose situation. I wouldn't fly in a MAX 8 if you paid me to. |
